Grindr Xtra subscriptions are available for purchase and renewal at the Grindr Xtra Store located within the Grindr app. Grindr users are able to purchase one time Grindr Xtra subscriptions and recurring Grindr Xtra subscriptions.
One (1) month: one-time Grindr Xtra subscription - $5.99
One (1) month: recurring Grindr Xtra Subscription - $5.99/month*
Three (3) months: one-time Grindr Xtra subscription - $14.99
Three (3) months: recurring Grindr Xtra Subscription - $14.99/month*
Six (6) months: one-time Grindr Xtra subscription - $24.99
Six (6) months: recurring Grindr Xtra subscription - $24.99/month*
Twelve (12) months: one-time Grindr Xtra subscription - $44.99

Two receipts will be sent out at the time of purchase. One receipt will be sent to your number provided at time of purchase and the second receipt will be sent your email. Please contact Store@Grindr.com if you did not receive a receipt.
*All recurring subscription purchases have to be acknowledge and agreed upon at the time of purchase. Charges for automatic subscription renewals will occur at the end of each subscription cycle. Subscriptions can be terminated at anytime by contacting Store@Grindr.com

Any and all payments made to Grindr for use and access to any Grindr Services and Grindr Software are final and all charges are nonrefundable. Cancellations are effective the following billing period in which payment is due. You will not receive a refund for any payment amount, even if payment was made for multiple billing periods. If you have an account set up for reoccurring billing, you may cancel your account at any time. You will continue to have the same access for any billing period or periods for which you have paid. If your profile content or your conduct within the Grindr Software or Grindr Services violates our Terms of Service, your access and account may be immediately terminated and all payments forfeited. Grindr Xtra users seeking cancellations will be able to contact support by emailing Store@Grindr.com or by calling the Grindr customer service phone number 1-800-714-2141 or 818-724-4128.
Subscriptions are available for one time purchase and automatic monthly renewal. Your Grindr Xtra subscription can be terminated at anytime by contacting Store@Grindr.com .

Grindr Support Code: This is an alphanumeric number that is unique to your Grindr account. Obtain this number by launching the Grindr Xtra app. On the main cascade screen, press and hold your finger on your profile thumbnail photo for 5-10 seconds, release and your support code will appear.
Email Address: Please include the email address used at the time of purchase.
Transaction number: The transaction number is located on the receipt that was sent to your email account after completing your purchase.
